Our leaders have over 50 years of experience combined. We know service is our most important product, which is why we have dedicated collectors tend to specific dollar amount ranges. Smaller placements are given full attention and larger placements are managed by collectors who routinely work bigger accounts. We have managed corporate portfolios for firms all across the United States and Canada.

You'll never be passed on to a generic customer service rep.

25 years into the debt collection field, Anna's priority remains providing ethical services. It's her focus on clear communication that keeps our clients up-to-date with ever-changing regulations. Her natural organizational strength lends itself to making sure details aren't lost and allows her to identify when a more efficient path can be taken if there's a change in a client's needs.

Ken Maltby

With 35+ years in the collection industry, Ken has worn every hat in the sector. His talent for working with people of diverse style and temperament makes him well-suited to work in this oftentimes delicate field. He served on the Hennepin County Attorney's Board of Ethics and his experience allows him to discern the relevant details in an account and quickly strategize for the best outcome.

History

After nearly ten years of observing the unsavory extremes to which collection agencies operate, including breaking laws, we determined there had to be a better way - a more responsible, equitable, and, most importantly, ethical way to work in debt collections. It was with these principles in mind that Commercial Auditors Corporation and National Auditing Bureau were formed. 

We started out as a small family-owned business with regional collections then grew and expanded our client base to cover both national and international accounts. Our emphasis on adhering to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and compliance attracted fortune 500 companies, giving us experience working on behalf of large scale enterprises. Specializing in both commercial paper and utility accounts, we're able to devise a custom program designed to meet the unique needs of each client. In 25 years handling hundreds of thousands of accounts, our agency has never been sued.
